2. Review of expenditures to date.
3. Discussion around next years proposed budget
   1. Budget comparison report
   2. New categories added
4. Landscaping updates
5. Strata garage sales and strata barbecue
6. Strata Website Update

Proposed Annual General Meeting agenda:

1. Vote of the proposed budget for 2026-2027
2. Election of officers / council members. Current council:
   1. President - Susan Allison
   2. Vice President - Norene Cragg
   3. Treasurer - Wendy Karpuik
   4. Secretary - Abe Buwalda
3. Limited Use of common Property
   1. Decks on Units 1,2,6,9, and 10
   2. Sheds for Units 4,7, and 8
   3. Storage of kayak at the SW corner of building 1604
